Bounce Back

Many times, we feel defeated like the world is against us. We get in our feelings, and we start overthinking things. Our mind can play tricks on us! When you feel out of it or when you feel like there are so many distractions trying to trick you out your spot. That’s when you go to God and ask him to help you bounce back. Steer you back on track. We have to ask God to remove any obstacles and distractions trying to take us out of our element. We need to be confident in his plan for our lives and trust him. We need to pray and ask God to not allow anything or anyone to hold us back from reaching our fullest potential. It's time that we get back on track and bounce back.

So, if you feel as if you have hit a rough patch in your life or maybe you had a big setback or felt as if you been knocked down. Or just simply worn out from this fight! You have to remember that this is NOT the last chapter in your life! 

Here are some scriptures that you can go back to when you are feeling a need for a bounce back! 

Romans 12: 2

“Do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may prove what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”

Isaiah 40:31

“But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.”

Here are some ways that can help you bounce back.

  1. Just simply take a deep breath! Everything will be okay!
  2. Reframe the difficult experience and face it.
  3. Show yourself compassion. 
  4. Get right back up again. 
  5. Identify and evaluate what caused your failure. Before we can dust ourselves off and try again, we need to take some time to identify what caused our failure.
  6. Create a plan.
